Partial retrofit of machining center MAG / Ex-Cell-O XHC 241

The scope of the project includes the partial retrofit consiting of the replacement of all components essential for function and precision.
The technical highlight are the water-cooled SIMOTICS 1FN3 linear motors.

• Retrofit of the X, Y and Z axes including replacement of the linear drives, telescopic covers, bearings and seals
• Field wiring and tubing including energy chains
• Replacement of the servo drives in the V, W and A axes from 1FT6 to 1FK7 SIMOTICS high performance
• Upgrade of tool breakage control with GSN design
• Recommissioning including quality acceptance
• staggered overhaul during running production

MFU on the customer workpiece (cylinder head), geometry protocol and endurance run
